Our Origin
CourtBloom is rooted in more than a decade of firsthand work by CourtBloom’s founder and CEO, who has led youth tennis programs across Texas and New England. Along the way he saw the same pattern everywhere: traditional models—built around short-term cycles, performance targets, and standardized instruction—weren’t consistently supporting children’s long-term growth.

Voices That Shaped Our Mission
“
Due to our financial circumstances, we couldn’t afford the full rate. The program found a way for our daughter to participate at a fraction of the cost.
“
My son was asked to help with the younger kids, and he was even paid for it—not because anyone had to, but to show him he had something valuable to offer. It completely changed how he saw himself.
“
Halfway through the season, the coaches adjusted the whole setup so our son with Down syndrome could join fully. They added support without making him feel singled out. He was part of the group, not an exception.
“
Lessons didn’t start when the clock did—they started when the kids arrived. The coaches were already on court, talking with them, setting things up, ready to go. You could tell they wanted to be there.
“
My son felt understood in a way I haven’t seen before. His coach wasn’t just teaching tennis—he was someone my son trusted and looked up to like an older brother.
