My participant is older than the age range or might fit better in a different group — can I enroll outside the range?
Mostly no — age ranges exist for safety and developmental fit. That said, we decided to accept registrations for participants up to 1 year older than the posted age range (for example, an 11-year-old registering for an 8–10 group). If that happens, we may call to gather context and confirm placement or discuss alternatives.

Yes. We may adjust placement by age, skill level, or other factors to support a safe and high-quality experience. If a placement change affects pricing, we’ll apply amounts paid and handle any difference per the policies.
