Please arrive on time (a minute or two early is perfect). We start promptly at the posted start time.

Yes — this is a drop-off program. We provide safety and supervision during the scheduled session time only (not before or after). Please review the late pick-up policy in the policies document.

We provide rackets. If your participant already has one they like, feel free to bring it. We recommend sneakers and comfortable athletic clothing, plus a water bottle.

Placement & age ranges
My participant is older than the age range or might fit better in a different group — can I enroll outside the range?
My participant is older than the age range or might fit better in a different group — can I enroll outside the range?
Usually no — age ranges exist for safety and developmental fit. In some cases, we accept registrations up to 1 year older than the posted age range (for example, an 11-year-old registering for an 8–10 group). If that happens, we may reach out to confirm placement or discuss alternatives.

Yes. We may adjust placement by age, skill level, or other factors to support a safe and high-quality experience. If a placement change affects pricing, we’ll apply amounts paid and handle any difference per the policies.

Yes — parents are welcome to watch from the designated viewing area. We ask that the space remain quiet and non-disruptive so participants can focus.

All staff are W-2 employees and follow strict hiring requirements, including background checks and agreement to our Safe Learning Environment standards.

Free program attendance — do we need to attend both days?
Free program attendance — do we need to attend both days?
For free programs, we design the curriculum assuming participants attend all sessions listed (for example, Saturday and Sunday). If you can only attend one day, you may still enroll — we just want you to know how the curriculum is structured.
Helpful guideline
Best experience = attend both sessions. One-day attendance is OK, but your participant may miss progression pieces that happen on the other day.

If you expect to miss more than half of the sessions (for example, every other Saturday in a weekly Sat/Sun program), please email us first before registering. We plan staffing and group sizes carefully, and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Yes — for paid programs, plan to attend every session listed. We staff and reserve your participant’s spot for the full schedule.
Note on missed sessions
Paid registrations are billed for the full schedule, regardless of attendance. We don’t offer make-ups, credits, or refunds for missed sessions. Full details are in the policies.

Usually, no — paid programs are built as a complete schedule. If that doesn’t work for your schedule, browse our free locations (where attendance expectations can be a bit looser) or choose a different offering that matches your availability.
